            @o_lampe LDO also makes a HT stepper good to 180C so magnets are ok until then

              I recently found, that these motors run fine with higher driver voltage and lower amps. But it depends, how much speed or torque you need.
              Anyway, 48V allow for a wider range of settings.
              If you have the 6-wire version, you can change their behaviour even more.

                That would be my plan B, if the 23HS22 fail, replace them with LDO HT motors

                    @rexx Pairing them to parallel coils is probably the best config for 24V 👍

                      @o_lampe will your adverage meanwell power supply surge DC voltage side if the AC side volts fluctuate slightly from the chamber heaters on and off of ac mains power much? what do you think?

                        No, AFAIK these switch mode PSU are immune against sagging AC voltage. Their control loop is on the output side and there are huge capacitors between the AC rectifier side and the output.

                          @o_lampe i think so too.
                          i know it would if the chamber was on the DC side but would think the auto voltage input would have ability then regulate the DC side stable
