Valkyrie stallguard homing on all 5 axes (XY+ZUV) has been working awesome for 6 months now on Duet 2 WiFi + Duex5. I want a D36HC but wonder if it will be as smooth using stallguard as homing with the TMC5160s

@pro3d Duet2 2660 implement stallguard2, Duet3 5160/2209 implement stallguard4. There are some differences in how they operate (spreadcycle vs. stealthchop), and the Stallguard docs describe this in detail.

PS: You probably want to update your graphics to use the proper larger than sign ">" ... if you really reach temperatures beyond 450C on the nozzle for example.

Pretty sure he wants it to be "Up to 450C" 🤔

                5160 say stallguard 2: https://www.trinamic.com/products/integrated-circuits/details/tmc5160/

@pro3d you're right, I confused this with the 2209s. Apologies.
