      That would be down to the config.g and wiring just like any other Duet install.

      Can you post your config.g and the results of sending M122 and M98 P"config.g" in the gcode console? Also let us know where things are physically wired.

                                  I have the impression that there is something wrong because when I start the fans nothing lights up and the motor lights up but it advances step by step very slowly 1 cm by a cm
