      I would need some help please, when I print for example a 20x20 cube everything's fine but when I print a round piece, tube etc… it's quite small.
      For example I printed a 6mm diameter tube and when it finished printing I measured with the caliber and the result was 0.5mm smaller.
      Why?
      My printer is a Delta, with DUET WIFI, smart effector and magnetic rod.

        Delta printers typically print circles smaller than they are supposed to be

            Every printer tends to print circles smaller; my understanding is as the head moves along the path, its direction changes, and from a previous point of view, a normal composante, towards the center, appears: the little part of filament just extruded (still soft) is pulled towards the center, so the circle becomes smaller.

            Slicers usually have a parameter to correct this. I made some tests with Slic3r, but it does no compensate external circles in the right direction! So I usually compensate in the design, or just re-drill it.

              As others have said, it's fairly normal for circles to come out small. A lot of it is to do with how printers handle curves. Basically slicers can't do true arcs so they simulate them by using lots of small straight line segments. If you take it to extremes and imagine a circle with only 6 segments, you get a hexagon. If you then measure that hexagon across the corners you'll find that it is the correct diameter but if you measure it across the flats, it's much smaller. You just have to make allowances for it and adapt the model to suit.
