Personally I won't be letting AI into my life at all if I can possibly avoid it. It seems to me that since the 80s, our education system has been telling kids what to think, not how to think. The coming of AI will remove the need to think at all. The older gets, the more one realises that the brain needs mental exercise just as much as the body needs physical exercise. Take that away and you are left with nothing but an empty shell with no purpose in life.
