Configurazione bl touch antclabs

IL primo dettaglio è questo:
nella scheda sd mi ritrovo queste cartelle;
firmware
gcodes
macros
sys
www
se apro la cartella www all'interno ci trovo anche una cartella sys che contiene questo
confg1.txt

se apro la cartella sys che si trova tra gcode e www trovo questoconfig 2.txt

Con la prima prova che ho fatto ho annullata il sys-old situato nella cartella www, di seguito ho adattato il config della cartella sys quello che in effetti mi ritrovo nel system tramite web control,
la stampante è impazzita, quando ho lanciato home bltouch non funziona la x e la y vanno veso + e non verso gli interruttori di finecorsa 0, la z è sasita a razzo e poi e riscesa, ho fermto con emergenza per evitare collisione.

The config in the www folder will be ignored, only the one in sys is used. If you have changed the config.g I provided, you need to post it.

No. It was for the /sys folder, so you could keep it as a back up, and create a new empty /sys folder. I didn’t know you had a sys folder in www, and also the firmware will ignore it. The www folder is not the correct place for the sys folder.

Please try the config files I supplied, and follow the Commissioning guide. If you change any configuration files, you need to post them so I can see what has changed.

@perfetto Buongiorno, ho caricato la configurazione 3.5 tramite web control il bl touch rispone a m401 em402 ma quando eseguo home la x ri muove vero destra mente il punto zero è a sinistra.
Ho fatto una prova o estratto tutti file zippati della configurazione 3.5 nella sd e li ho ricaricati in macchina per eliminare il problema della seconda cartella sys.
la macchina adesso non si collega web control, tramite yat ho lanciato m552 ti allego la pubblicazione di quello che diceYAT.txt

ti pubblico anche il cofifg caricatoconfig.g.txt

Credo il problema sia la seconda sys che si trova all'interno di www in precedenza ho provato anche ad isolarla rinominandola 'sys-old' ma nulla cambia.
Penso che se si riuscisse a collegare a web control si può fare qualcosa?

@droftarts Buongiorno, per ricollegarmi tramite web control ho ricaricato in sd la configurazione con cartella www contenente la vecchia sys che come mi hi spiegato non interferisce ,ho generato un nuovo config.g con il configuratore l'ho zippato e caricato tramite web control.
ho dovuto invertire in in S1 i motori X e Y perchè in fase home i due assi si spostavano al contrario, la zeta funziona con bl touch con motore settato in so.
Ho cabiato i parametri del termistore hot and valore beta e C come da dati tecnici.
la y quando esegue home si sposta a velocità normale ma non arriva al finecorasa se rilancio la home batte contro il finecora e il motore salta i passi.
La x in fase home si sposta di circa un Cm e si ferma ma quando tocca il finecorsa salta i passi, i finecorsa quado vengono coinvolti il led sulla scheda duet si accendono.
Quando avvio web control esce scritto ( error in stat-up file macro line 6: heater 2 not fond)
i riscaldatori bed e hot and funzionano e modulano bene.
Ho variato il setaggio dei fan perchè quello dell'hot and non partiva, adesso funziona.
Ti pubblico anche diagnostica M98 P"P config.g" e config.g attualediagnostica cong.g.txt

I motori li ho riportati come in origine con M564 S0 H0 dalla verifica ho visto il verso giusto, ho anche verificato i segnali dei microinterruttori con M119 e sono corretti.
Forse non va qualcosa in homeall.g homex.g homey.g

Buonasera, ti informo che le cose si sono messe bene, sono riuscito a fare la home, nei parametri xstop e ystop ho invertito i segali inserendo ! "! xstop" .

Quando avvio web control mi da sempre questo errore" Error in start-up macro line 6: Heater2 not found" e poi l'estrusore non funziona in manuale sul pannello web control i pulsanti rimangono inattivi anche se la temperatura sta a 220°.
la versione attuale web control è la 3.5.1, devo passare alla versione 5.0i-7.0i

I can't see anything in config.g that would cause this error. It is possible it is something in config-override.g, which is called at the end of config.g by M501. Please post your config-override.g file.

and then the extruder does not work in manual on the web control panel the buttons remain inactive even if the temperature is at 220 °.

Is the tool enabled? See https://docs.duet3d.com/en/User_manual/Reference/Duet_Web_Control_Manual#selecting-a-tool
If you only have one tool, it is easiest to just add T0 to the end of config.g, so the tool is active at startup.

Ciao buonasera, grazie per il tuto gentile intervento.
Forse credo di non essermi spiegato bene.
I riscaldatori funzionano bene e anche hot and quando raggiunge temperatura stampa il pezzo.
Il problema subentra quando voglio spurgare filamento o far raggiungere il filamento dall'estrusore a all'interno del hot and .
Sul pannello web control la schermata di controllo estrusore rimane disabilitata.
Effettivamente m501 non funziona, dichiara errore m501 anche dopo completamento di una stampa ,insieme all'errore
start up- file macro line 6: heater 2 not fond.
Adesso sono lontano dalla stampante ma domani ti invierò config-override.g

Ultima domanda, quando eseguo procedura taratura z, dopo eseguto m92 z0 la procedura dice di cancellare g31 in config-override.g ma il comando non c'e.

Il panel 2 7 pollici non interagisce bene, posso solo leggere temperature, segnali e quote x-y-z.

Maybe I think I didn't explain myself well.
The heaters work well and also hot and when it reaches temperature it prints the piece.
The problem occurs when I want to purge filament or have the filament reach the extruder inside the hot and.
On the web control panel the extruder control screen remains disabled.

I expect that the job file has a gcode T0 command to select the tool, and then turns it off at the end of the print. As I said, add T0 to config.g, or send it via the DWC console, or click on "E0" (or whatever your tool is called) in DWC to enable the tool.
Make sure the version of DWC and RepRapFirmware are the same; see the Settings page

Actually m501 does not work, it declares error m501 even after completing a print, together with the error
start up- file macro line 6: heater 2 not fond.
Now I'm far from the printer but tomorrow I will send you config-override.g

Okay. What files do you have in the /sys folder? Do you have a start.g and stop.g? If so, post them as well please. If you have files left over from an old configuration, it may be best to delete them, or move them out of the /sys folder.

Last question, when I run the z calibration procedure, after running m92 z0 the procedure says to delete g31 in config-override.g but the command is not there.

That's okay, it says to delete any G31 line if you find them, but you haven't.

The panel 2 7 inches does not interact well, I can only read temperatures, signals and x-y-z dimensions.

You probably need to update the PanelDue firmware to the latest, 3.5.2. See https://docs.duet3d.com/en/User_manual/RepRapFirmware/Updating_PanelDue

Yes, it looks like it is from the old configuration. Please rename the file, or delete it, then restart the Duet and see if you still get the message.

sleep.g and stop.g are from your old config (they are dated 2020), but they contain no commands, so you can leave them.

public config.g can you help me understand better where to insert T0 or how to enable E0

Just add T0 on a new line, at the end of config.g, after the M501 command.

Note that you will need to tune your bed and hot end heaters, then save with M500. This will create a new config-override.g, if you have deleted the old one. See https://docs.duet3d.com/en/How_to_guides/Commissioning#h-7-tune-heaters
