I will be interested to see how you go with the mods. Some pics of prints of small objects would be appreciated 🙂

It would be useful to have a bit more info about your setup. There's a list of useful information in the posting guide:

looks like you have found at least one issue - if the endstop is not working but putting a different one on that port works then that endstop or wiring has a fault or is disconnected.

@t3p3tony I'm using them motors I have them. I have a smart effector volcano block an a pt100 e3d sensor I need to know how to configure my:

-im swapping to a zesty nimble for the extruder motor
                      -filament run out sensor
-.9 degree motors from 1.8 degree
                      -configure the smart effector
-also I'm going to use berd air for part cooling

I ordered a 12v berd air because the 24v isnt available for a month I'm gonna switch the motor to a 24v when I'm on reprap configurator in the motor tab so double all the settings I have for X,Y, an Z?

Have you read the guide I linked to? You're asking for us to suggest changes to your configuration but, unless I've missed something, you've not posted your current configuration files.

Tony, one of the Duet3D partners, has suggested you fix your known issue with an endstop. Rather than try too many things at once let's get that sorted, post your configs and then report back the behaviour you are seeing.

                          Happy to help.

To allow for changing from 1.8 to 0.9deg XYX motors, double the XYZ steps/mm in the M92 command in config.g.
