Head Offset Problem

Since a long time ago when I do a Home, my head is in the center of the plateau in a high position.
When I press the Z-axis movement button to lower the head to the tray, it finds it shift about 25mm.
I tried to shift the head using the X and Y motion commands and then run the command G92 X0 Y0 and then make M500 but it does not. Do you have an idea of ​​the problem.
My printer is a TEVO little monster "delta"

from your overwrite i dont think you have run a delta calibration
