    Soft reset procedure?

      Hi,

      After issues commented in another post... I dlike to do a soft reset of Duet....

      I can't find the procedure for do a soft reset...

      What are the steps? Exists a hard reset procedure?

          I have try soft reset.... Erase macros and gcode files.. But no, config.g....

          And the same problem with fans...

          I am searching a procedure for factory default

            @peirof I'm not exactly sure what you are looking for. As @veti has said, M999 will restart the firmware. If you want to re-run config.g you can send M98 P"config.g". Does that help?

              @peirof the closed you get to a "factory default" config would be

              but those are just for testing.

              I would either continue to work with your existing config, or generate a new one with the https://configtool.reprapfirmware.org

                My intention was to test if the two of the fans did NOT work, and gave a voltage lower than 24v, was due to a configuration failure ... but it does not seem likely ...

                What other options do I have?

                Try a downgrade?

                  The duet fan voltage is either vin or 5v depending on how the jumper is set.
                  the duet uses a pwm signal on the negative to slow down the fans.

                  at 100% no pulsing is taking place
