Mistake in corners



  • Hello,
    I have a little bit trubble by the Printig corners an the Nozzel extrud 1/10s befor the print beging Material out.
    I mean between from the first layer to the start of the second layer. The print wait some time put material out an begin to printing.

    I have cange some settings in the confog.g but without success

    Looks like a couple things need to be increased...z acceleration needs to be higher..I have mine at 500 for z acceleration...the same goes for both the extruder acceleration and jerk. For my extruders which are Bondtech clones I have my extruder instantaneous speed at 1200 and acceleration at 2000.

    So I would change these 2 lines to this
    M566 X1000.00 Y1000.00 Z150.00 E1200.00:1200.00 ; set maximum instantaneous speed changes (mm/min)
    M201 X2000.00 Y2000.00 Z500.00 E2000.00:2000.00 ; set accelerations (mm/s^2)

    It also looks like you are over extruding a bit so after making those changes I would work on calibrating the extruder steps/mm and then the flow rate or extrusion factor depending on which slicer you are using.

    Another thing can be if you are using simplify3d I believe there is a bug when using the wipe command where it is dependent on one of the tool change retraction speed settings or something weird. Just looking at those offset blobs I have to assume you are using wipe, coast or both. I stopped using those once I started using pressure advance so that is another thing to look into.

    I will change the 2 lines, so i have the same clone bondtech extruder. Now i hope the changes will make all better than bevor.
    I print the cube next monday 🙂 and i post the result.

    i have now calibarate the the extruder 🙂 if i extrude 100mm i take 99,97mm out.
