So this is the only way to get support, and we get no answer ?
I am about to return that board and get another mks.

Wow 3 hours and you start to complain.... In a forum full of volunteers, I guess you have a better SLA than I have.

The status n/a indicates that the state is complete unknown. Did you checked the wireing? Did you followed https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Connecting_endstop_switches ?
Did you checked that the wire you connected to .in is behavin as you expect?

        Cheers, Chriss

@Chriss that is the problem, "full of volunteer".
When you sell a product you have to offer professional support, not just rely on a forum.

@Chriss And yes I did follow the whole procedure, and the switches led work when prompted.

Cool for me. I guess that your "profession support" will jump in than. Good luck...

Please keep in mind that the earth is vast and round. Time zones are a thing and humans need sleep. I'm sorry we were unable to meet your expectations. Good luck with the MKS. I'm curious, do they also provide support direct from the creator? Real question, I'm not familiar with them.

@Phaedrux obviously not from the creator, but I have great 24/7 support from their staff. and an actual support line / email service..

OK so if you have issues with the system not responding to your Gcode or setting changes, and you are using a raspberry pi, MAKE SURE THEIR IS NO MICRO SD IN THE BOARD !!!
They don't say it anywhere, but the provided SD card is NOT to be used if you control it with a raspberry pi.

Sorry you got caught out by that. I've added a note to the Duet 3 page at the top regarding that.
