but i have a new pne here:

        specs:

        Thermistor Cartridge:
        Size: 1.25mmx2.0mm glass bead
        High accuracy: 1%
        Resistance value at 25°C=100K

        Operating temperature range: -40 ° C + 300 ° C
        Rated power: 45MW

how i set it in my config.g ?

i have it like this :

        M308 S1 P"e0temp" Y"thermistor" T100000 B3950 ; configure sensor 1 as thermistor on pin e0temp
        M950 H1 C"e0heat" T1 ; create nozzle heater output on e0heat and map it to sensor 1
        M143 H1 S300 ; set temperature limit for heater 1 to 300C
        M307 H1 B0 S1.00

          yes

B3950 thermistors are bit hit and miss.
Do not assume that when you are setting your temperature to 200C now that its the same temperature as before.

i personally use a pt1000 but i dont think they exist in the glass bulb that you want.

is it heating up fast enough? then you dont need to change it.

                          i use these.

what do you mean strange temperature.

pla does not normally need 250c to print

                                i know, usually i print with 200-205°C

you think is a thermistor problem or i need a new heater cartridge ?

i have remake pid tuning ,still the same i can print pla only with min. 250°C

pid tuning does not change the reported temperature.

this is an indication of a wrong configuration.

which thermistor are you using at the moment and what is your config line for it?
