The amber lights are working and turn off when the switch is closed. I have tried both active high and active low. The Endstops state is not showing in the webcontrol. Using Reprap 3.2 and the latest version of webcontrol. Also Bed temp not showing up and thermistors registering wrong values (shows 2000 degrees on hotend).

      here is my config.g section

      ; Endstops
      M574 X1 S0 P"!xstop" ; configure active-high endstop for low end on X via pin !xstop
      M574 Y1 S0 P"!ystop" ; configure active-high endstop for low end on Y via pin !ystop
      M574 Z1 S0 P"!zstop" ; configure active-high endstop for low end on Z via pin !zstop

M574 S0 is not correct. Should be S1.

Please share your entire config.g as well as the results of sending M122 and M98 P"config.g"

                NEMA 17 steppers
FLSUN Metal setup used to use an MKS which worked okay
I can move the motors all fine and they go in the right direction

I was able to get the thermistors to read the right values with the same setting but now they all say 2000 and the bed isn't showing up. When they worked the hot end worked fine as did the extruder I have provisioned (it has two - Bowden tube into cyclops - plan to set up later and with inductive bed leveling). However, the bed fuse blew as soon as I sent power.

Now the bed doesn't show up at all - maybe I need to replace the fuse? But I am using a Duet2 on my workbee cnc and it shows all the end stops and doesn't seem to care that there isn't a fuse in the bed.

Oh - and thanks so much for any help! You can see I already fixed the S0 to S1.

Also - the APS is set high to accommodate the larger bed.

@kto1243 said in Duet2 wifi endstops not recognized on boot:

                    RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet version 2.0

So you are only using RRF 2.0, not 3.2 as you thought.

You must update the firmware first.

You will need to do 3 updates to get to 3.2

The updates should be pretty easy to do and will involve uploading 3 zip files. First download these files.

                    https://github.com/Duet3D/RepRapFirmware/releases/download/2.05.1/Duet2Firmware-2.05.1.zip

                    https://github.com/Duet3D/RepRapFirmware/releases/download/3.0/Duet2and3Firmware-3.0.zip

                    https://github.com/Duet3D/RepRapFirmware/releases/download/3.2/Duet2and3Firmware-3.2.zip

Start by uploading the 2.05.1 file to the system tab in DWC. It should install and reboot. Then upload 3.0 and reboot, and finally 3.2 and reboot.

Then the syntax of your config.g will be correct.

Use M115 to verify your firmware versions.

Thanks - I actually figured it out by sending you all this stuff! I really appreciate your help.

Okay - on to next problem. Thermistors. Bed thermistor isn't registering. It is exactly the same as my hot end. Any ideas?

Last thing - I blew two bed fuses. I have the black wire closest to VIN and red furthest on the Bed. Is it possible that is backwards?

Thanks again for helping dumb me out! I do public policy for a living - learning electronics is my effort at brain expanding. This one has been a hoot!

Oh - one more dumb thing. When I upgraded from 3.0 to 3.2 the endstops disappeared from the webcontrol. They work, but I can't see their state under system/machine specific like I could in 3.0. Did I do something dumb?

Oh - one more dumb thing. When I upgraded from 3.0 to 3.2 the endstops disappeared from the webcontrol. They work, but I can't see their state under system/machine specific like I could in 3.0. Did I do something dumb?

They were removed from DWC 3.2 - they may be coming back in the future.

But for now you can see the state in the Object Model display that is in 3.2 under Settings.

Bed thermistor isn't registering. It is exactly the same as my hot end. Any ideas?
Last thing - I blew two bed fuses. I have the black wire closest to VIN and red furthest on the Bed. Is it possible that is backwards?

What does the temp of the bed show in the interface?

Which fuse exactly did you blow? The one on the duet or do you have an inline or something else?

                              Photo of your wiring?

@Phaedrux The 15 amp fuse on the Duet between VIN and BED terminals.

I get an error message that says that the temp sensor is unknown. The thermistor is plugged into the pin right next to the BED terminal.

I will try to get a picture up tomorrow.

Thanks again for the help and encouragement!
