Temp hotend not stop other limit and have error



  • Hi, have duet 2 wifi, version 1.0.4c original, and have this problem.

    I if start charge filament, i set temp 190c start temp and not stop 190 and create error high temp 15c, have change cable, problem not solve.

    For this not have start test my first print

    Please post your config.g and the results of sending these commands in the console: M122 and M98 P"config.g"

    Have you done a PID auto tune of the heaters yet?

    This can help prevent overshoot on heat up.

    this is bad there should be no M500 in config.g

    What thermistor do you have? These values may not be correct for your thermistor.

    If you're unsure, try changing B4138 to B3950.

    Based on a quick google it looks like B3950 should work better.



  • tomorrow change value and tell if have solve, have list with all code thermistore? have gcode for test thermistore o for see correct number

  • With that overshoot in temperature I have to wonder if it's a problem with using a 12volt heater cartridge on a 24volt system.

    Can you please measure the resistance of the heater cartridge?

    Are you sure the heater is 24v?
