      Is a 4.7k ohm 0.1% 0.25w pullup resistor to ADVREF sufficient? Or do I need an additional 10k resistor on the Thermistor side?

      Sorry for not being able to follow the existing documentation. The pin numbers on the 50P are matched. Relevant pins are highlighted.

        4K7 between ADVREF and thermistor input and the thermistor between thermistor input and VSSA. The thermistor IS the resistor on the thermistor side.
        Your schematic seems correct.
