guys old dumb dumb over here needs help again.
can't wrap my head around this .
I know I need to offset

trying to make mesh bit smaller and keep getting skipping grid on x

first my printer is bit backwords maybe?

so probe on the left of the of the hotend 42.4 defined x-42.4 ( limit switch on the right side)

      ; Axis Limits
      M208 X0 Y0 Z0 S1 ; set axis minima
M208 X320 Y350 Z400 S0 ; set axis maxima X used to be set to 350 had to limit it because probe would go off bed

      ; Endstops
      M574 X1 S1 P"xstop" ; configure active-high endstop for low end on X via pin xstop
      M574 Y1 S1 P"ystop" ; configure active-high endstop for low end on Y via pin ystop
      M574 Z0 ; configure Z-probe endstop on Z
      M591 P1 C"e0stop" S1 D0

      ; Z-Probe
      M950 S0 C"exp.heater3" ; create servo pin 0 for BLTouch
      M558 P9 C"^zprobe.in" H2.5 F180 T6000 ; set Z probe type to bltouch and the dive height + speeds
      G31 P500 X-42.4 Y0 Z2.883 ; set Z probe trigger value, offset and trigger height
      M557 X-25:320 Y10:320 S25 ;M557 X0:305 Y0:315 S25 ; this is what I play with if limit of bed increased it'll go off bed

Can you post your full config.g and your homeall?

0,0 should be the front left corner of the bed
-X moves left, +X moves right
-Y move to the front, +Y moves to the rear
based on your config the endstops are at the low end, so the left side for x and the front for y. Is that correct?

When the x and y endstops are triggered the nozzle should be at 0,0 just at the corner of the bed based on your config. Is that correct?

@phaedrux said in Bed Mesh Skipping grid:

based on your config the endstops are at the low end, so the left side for x and the front for y. Is that correct?
When the x and y endstops are triggered the nozzle should be at 0,0 just at the corner of the bed based on your config. Is that correct?

when end stops triggered the hotend up right corner

@ap742 The hotend would have to go outside the bed to allow the Z probe to reach X300. If you have room on the X axis, make the bed bigger in X, and the mesh bed size bigger. Test to make sure you didn't go to big.

I figured i'll do smaller squares or more probes

So it sounds like your coordinates are rotated 180 degrees with 0,0 in the back right corner and X and Y directions both flipped from "normal" orientation. That's fine, but you also need to take that account when measuring your probe XY offset and the M577 grid size.
