I often edit /macros and /sys files via the web interface and occasionally would like to perform a full backup of these two directories.

Any suggestion on how to do that?

I couldn't find in the web interface any bulk download (?) and trying to download via cyberduck/ftp keeps failing (it does lists the file but gives an error when trying to download).

Any suggestion other than removing the SD and inserting it into a computer?

From inside any folder, you can select all files (making sure no folders are also selected), then right-click and choose to download as a zip.

Thanks @CCS86 and @phaedrux, I will give it a try.

BTW, what is the status of the Duet's FTP connection? Any Windows GUI based app that is known to work with it?

I think FileZilla should work with Duet FTP but I found it unreliable.

The RRF file manager linked above is the best alternative I know of.

Thanks @phaedrux, I was able to fetch all of sys, macros to my local machine. -removeLocal doesn't seem to delete files on my local machine that are not on the duet. It gives the message below but doesn't actually deletes

Removing no longer existing files in C:\projects\my_voron\repo\duet3d\backup\sys

                Will check with @wilriker.

Edit: It works great. I was using the first version from the thread rather than the latest one.
