@po3plestorm with blue heatsinks and no serial number on the MCU?

theres the serial number and the old board and what you can see from the back. I took the heat sinks from the non genuine board cause I think they are more useful on the genuine one that I actually care about.

              @po3plestorm fair enough.
have you blown the 7.5 amp fuse? can you still move the motors?

@jay_s_uk ye I see how that can be confusing, I had the issue with the non genuine one and I thought I just blew a mosfet for the heater, but it now wont work on the genuine one either. The entire printer works, heat bed, motors, fans, and the fuses are intact.

I also measured a 12v voltage on the output and tried with multiple different heater cartridges. still nothing, the light does turn on for heating as well.

When you measured the voltage did it turn on and off along with the heater activation?

You're using E0 heater right now, can you change over to E1 heater port and change the config M950 H1 C"e0heat" T1 to match?

@po3plestorm said in Help duet 2 wifi is just not working correctly:

@po3plestorm I also just noticed none of the fans work either, always on and the pwm all dont work

Are you sure the blade fuses are intact? Have you tested them with a multimeter for continuity?

@phaedrux the e0heater has a voltage when the heater is activated and was tested with multiple heater cartridges. I just checked all the fuses with a multi-meter and no problems there.

                                    I changed the config to

                                    M950 H1 C"e1heat" T1

and now its got a voltage on the e1 heater but still the same problem.

                                    and

                                    M950 H1 C"e0heat" T1

was what is was at before

Supply voltage: min 14.2, current 14.3, max 14.4,

The supply voltage seems strange. What does a multimeter read for the PSU output voltage?

I also don't understand how there can be a voltage present on the heater outputs but no response from the heater cartridge itself.

Is your system supposed to be 12v or 24v?

@phaedrux my power supply is running 12.22 volts and so does the heater cartage. and my heater cartrage is running 115ohms.

Like I said before I had this issue with the non genuine duet as well but I assumed I broke the mosfet for some junk from a cheep board, but this one is a genuine with the exact issue.

How many heater cartridges have you tried? Are you using extension wiring for them?

@phaedrux i tried 3 different cartridges that were brand new, that I checked the resistance was all around 100kohm +- 10. I also tried putting just straight wires without the ferales. I just now checked with a mutimeter in series to measure current and it just read 0amps.
