        I would try to adjust the H parameter so Z=0 is just touching the bed.

        I do not believe this command applies for firmware v3.3 - remove it.

        The F parameter controls the probing speed. The T parameter the travel speed. Your travel speed is slower than your probing speed.

          If the BLtouch is not at the same position as the nozzle, X and Y will need correction, because otherwise mesh compensation will be at the wrong places. Please see https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Test_and_calibrate_the_Z_probe#Section_Measuring_Probe_X_Y_Offset

            Most recommendations I've seen for BLTouch set a dive speed of F100-200, F999 is a bit too fast. Travelspeed of 12000-24000 should be possible.

            When you have finished a calibration succesfully, you can store the new found values with M500. That will include the correct Z-max height.
            Recall the settings by adding M501 at the end of config.g

              I deleted the line

              and adjusted the speed.

              Now my speeds are all right.

              What could be wrong if my Nozzle is too far from the Bed?
              Even if I adjust my Z-Value to 0,7 it still kepps at the same distance.

              G31 P45 X0 Y22 Z0.95 
              

              with a smaller Value my Z-Offset is too far from the Bed by 0,25 mm.

              I dialed my Height with 520,65 as accurate as I could.

                You probably have the same line in config-override which still has the old height value? Overwrite it with M500 after calibration is right

                    @koreandi Nevermind, if you don't have it. It mainly contains the results of heater-PID tuning and of delta calibration. You can keep these lines in config.g without problems.

                      After overwriting my values with M500 the file was created.
                      It is still the same. My Nozzle ist too far from the Buildplate.

                        The G31 line must come later than M558, because you can't create an offset for a tool that wasn't defined yet
