@quinn Here are a few links that should help you get going:

        • What to do if your Duet won't respond.
Go through that one and see that the LEDs look the way they should.

        • HOW to use Bossa to program firmware.

Ask questins here and people will be able to help you out.

@alankilian I can't get my duet now to show up in my computers com port list to run BOSSA what do I do now? I followed the guide and have everything ready to install. The duet wifi has been reset and restarted. I have BOSA open with the duet firmware 3.4.0 combined file selected and have the write options as erase all, lock, boot to flash. I just can't get the computer to see the board.

OK, I'm not sure what state your board is, so let's go through Fallback #2 on the second link.

            Can you:

            • Disconnect Vin.
            • Connect a USB cable from the Duet to your PC
            • What LEDs are lit?

Go to your Windows device manager and see what's listed under "Ports (COM and LPT)" and post an image of that here.

@quinn Is this the same printer as in your post here? https://forum.duet3d.com/topic/28206/bltouch-not-working-duet-2-wifi?_=1650490637092

If so, let's try and keep it to one post to give it a concentrated effort.
