warning: 12V under-voltage event (9.5V)
warning: 12V under-voltage event (8.7V)
When I am printing anything I found 12V under-voltage event (9.5V) or (8.7V) randomly.
Error comes up after 12Hour printing or sometimes after 6 hours of printing.
This error comes up every time while printing any objects.
Due to under voltage event my extruder got hit badly with print and got hotend damaged.
If I left machine ON with extruder heater and bed heater ON, then I didn't get any error.I am using Duet Main Board 6HC with 24V Meanwell SMPS and it's output is 24V I have verified.
Changed my extruder heater.
Checked all wiring and no lose connection. Can you please give me advice how can I find root cause for this under voltage event?

@dc42 @Phaedrux @T3P3Tony Is there any way to troubleshoot this problem?
-
@R006 What are you powering with 12V if anything?
-
@gloomyandy Part cooling Fan power up with 12V and Pin No - OUT_7
-
@R006 I'd be checking the wiring that goes to that fan. Try unplugging the part cooling fan at the Duet board and then running a print (with no filament perhaps to save waste) and see if you get the low voltage warning then. If you don't it is almost certainly a problem with that fan/wiring.

@gloomyandy @dc42
This is issue is very random, it occurred after 18 hours of print.
Can you please tell me how do I confirm that 12V rail is correct or damaged?
Please check diagnose command data below, there is no under voltage event.power up + 00:00:18 [debug] Aux(MAIN)

@R006 There is no magic way to diagnose this sort of problem. You have already tried just leaving the machine with the heaters on and when you did that you did not have an error. You could I suppose try leaving the printer running with the part cooling fan running (but no print in progress) to see if you get any sort of error then. If that does not show a problem then it is likely that something (like the movement of the connected cables) is causing a problem during printing. The test I suggested above will help identify if it is a problem with the fan/wiring that you have connected to the 12v supply.
