Brand new Duet 3D w wifi was installed to upgrade my Rostock Max 3D printer. Used several times without any issues. After a couple months of no use I just powered it back on and the screen on the Rostock keeps reporting "error: wifi module reported: auto reconnect succeeded"

Literally nothing changed since last use. It's in a temp controlled environment. no humidity etc. I believe that I am using v3.4.4

Thank you in advance for any help... super, super frustrated that the brand new board is acting up.

@DTinNC I would suggest upgrading to 3.5.3 and the new WiFi firmware and then report back

@jay_s_uk Thank you - is there a non-destructive way so that I keep my settings and configs that were specific to this printer?

@DTinNC yes. Just upload the zip file https://github.com/Duet3D/RepRapFirmware/releases/download/3.5.3/Duet2and3Firmware-3.5.3.zip to the system tab in DWC and it'll update everything.
Worth having a looking at the change log too so you can see what's changed https://github.com/Duet3D/RepRapFirmware/wiki/Changelog-RRF-3.x

@jay_s_uk Quick question - I am not connected to the board (since wifi is not stable). Is there a way to access the DWC other than wifi? I don't think usb supports it... thank you

@DTinNC No, network only for DWC. You can connect via USB terminal to send commands and receive replies from the firmware.

@DTinNC you can try running the board in AP mode creating it's own WiFi.
