    is there a maximum capacity for the micro SD? for instance could i dd a 128gb card or higher?

      I switched to a 32gb sandisk which has worked well. It just has to be formatted correctly which is on the Duet Dozuki and is different than the included microSD card. I would save your money and not go for a 128gb card, its overkill. Especially if you use Google drive or Dropbox.

        I've got a few 128gb lying around or i'd have to swap one out from somewhere

          The SD card subsystem is SD 2.0 - that supports SDHC cards but not SDXC.

          That means the limit is 32 GB.

                  @DonStauffer the same as mainboards, so 32GB

                  Owns various duet boards and is the main wiki maintainer for the Teamgloomy LPC/STM32 port of RRF. Assume I'm running whatever the latest beta/stable build is

                    For anyone interested, the issue is that FAT32 only supports up to 32Gb. Larger capacity SD cards use EXFAT format but that's subject to Microsoft patents.
