Thank you so much,
I change the Firmware for the 3.5 beta 3 as @jay_s_uk said and I've made the modif as @deckingman said.
Now it's work perfectly.
Thank you.

Oh right, It's more easier.
I've done what you suggest and it work perfectly.
Thank you very much

@jay_s_uk
Yes It is the file that I downloaded and upload on the SD card in plug it in my computer. Then reinstall the SD card in the Mainboard and afterall upload by DWC the file with th charge files button
@jay_s_uk
Yes I homing them before.
Can you remember me the way to update the firmware on the expansion boards please.
Because I've downloaded the firmware in the SD card of the MainBoard and equally charge files from DWC.
All the time the 3 EXP boards are connected together and to the Mainboard with alim ON.
@jay_s_uk
Well maybe a little to fast.
After I have done the modifs I only try to move the extruders and It work well.
But now the 3 motors for XYZ axis who are pinned command to 3 cards EXP1XD don't want to move.
They worked when the Firmware was 3.5 beta 2 (2023-02-08). Do you think this issue come from the firmware?
Because if it's the case I switch to 3.5 beta 2 and don't allow cold extrusion. I prefer make the heater go to high temperature for extrude than the XYZ can't move...

@jay_s_uk said in Help, extruder don't work anymore.:
@Julien30 what firmware are you running?
I have just seen that the firmware version is in the configuration general of DWC so here it is.
The firmware version is :
3.5beta2 (2023-02-08)
Hi @deckingman
Ok I was not thinking it work like that. Thank you.
For the M302 P1 I always use it when I want to make some test but for that I have done a macro to send it and allow cold extrusion.
Hi @jay_s_uk
Ok, I was thinking that the D parameter is the related to the driver pin of the card.
So I change it to make it look that:
; Tools
M563 P5 S"Extrudeur supports" D0 H2 F0 ; define tool 0
G10 P5 X0 Y0 Z0 ; set tool 5 axis offsets
G10 P5 R0 S0 ; set initial tool 5 active and standby temperatures to 0C
M563 P4 S"Extrudeur fil" D1 H1 F1 ; define tool 1
G10 P4 X0 Y0 Z0 ; set tool 4 axis offsets
G10 P4 R0 S0 ; set initial tool 4 active and standby temperatures to 0C
But does my pin correspond to the Driver 4 and 5 of the Maindboard 6HC or it have change?
Can you remember how to check the firmware version?
I everyone.
The last week, I was testing my config for my printer and all works fine but today when I come to try and check it one more time before install every cards and motors in the printer, my extruders does not move a inch when I command them from the panel due or DWC.
So I was thinking that my motor extruders are just dead and I have switch it with new one who's working perfectly.
But that was apparently not the problem because It don't work when I connect it to the Mainboard.
Then I have change the pin driver in the config and It don't change a thing. The extruder don't flinch or make some noise. Just nothing but a really long silence after the commands sended.
My extruder is now on the "Driver 4" pin of the Mainboard 6HC.
The 4 wire (Red Blue Green Black) are pinned properly like the Wiring Diagram of Duet 3 Mainboard 6HC. I have test with one multimeter the wire to see which go with other.
Extruder info:
FL42STH33-1334A
1.8°
1.33A
And here is my config.g :

Thanks you.
Hi @alankilian
I don't see some 24V DC or switch connected to SRV-ON input (maybe I don't look at the proper place...)
But I have made the configuration of the Pn003 to 1 for set it as "always enabled".
