    • upgraded firmware to 3.1.1 now getting error on heatbed

      I get a message saying -

      Heater 0 fault - temperature rising much slower than expected, less than 1.6degrees per sec
      I have a large heatbed, nothing wrong with thermistor, wiring or heating element

      Evening all,

      I have 2 independent Z Axis (Z and U)
      U is in driver e0
      z probe is in e0stop

      I use below to z probe which works fine with my pressure pad switch, what would I need to do for my U axis to use the same pressure pad in e0stop?

      M558 P5 C"!e0stop" H5 F300 T6000 ; set Z probe type to switch and the dive height + speeds
      G31 P500 X0 Y0 Z4 ; set Z probe trigger value, offset and trigger height

    • 2 independent z axis (Z and U) how do I probe with U?

      Evening all,

      help please, I have a printer with 2 independent hotends, (X,Z) and (V,U)
      How do I probe with my U axis?

      I looked at G30 and it did not mention anything about multiple Zs configuration.

      now fixed! I didn't realise drive mapping didnt map end stops and V is E1
      now working as intended

      although the probe says triggered when not compressed and not triggered when I compress it, seems to be backwards

      I can confirm V is in E0, compressing the switch also confirms by LED

      Nothing in E1stop

      I am currently using z probe for both Z and U

      Afternoon all,

      I have designed and built my own IDEX printer, it has 2 independent X and Z axis.
      My V axis which is the second X axis refuses to home, limit switch is configured to NC, the Duet 2 wifi and Duex boards LED indicate when limit switches are compressed.

      Any help would be greatly appreciated
