      @phaedrux All axes do what they should

      I had probably used too inflexible cable, because after I had replaced the white by a remaining blue in the cable channel was then the red broken. So I had to make the complete cable chain "empty", and replaced all cables of this type๐Ÿ˜‘ . But now it works.๐Ÿ˜€

      Thanks for all your help.

      Now comes the installation con extruder and honend .... there I will soon probably put another call for help in the forum ... but first I will try to understand the existing Gcode.
      Thanks and see you soon.๐Ÿ™‚

      Thanks for the quick replies!
      @fcwilt: randomly.
      @all: yes I know that it comes from the interference of the stepper motor for example. Maybe I can find a shielded network cable ...

      Since I build a large printer (100x50x50 ) I have very long cable runs (from the duet3hc6 to the print head ca.3.5 meters) there is a "cable sandwich" difficult to realize.
      And every cable exchange is a small challenge.

      So it would be much easier to simply switch off the BL-touch after measuring the bed. Because then he must deliver nothing more.

      Is there no command for this?

      Hallo!
      Is there any way to turn off the BL-touch after work is done while printing? (He also means to want to stretch out his little foot again and again during printing, and that could well cause a "leg fracture".๐Ÿ˜•)

      Good greetings

      Now it works. ๐Ÿ˜€
      I was confused at first, however, that the nozzle does not move to zero when referencing, but only when you give the command to "drill" ๐Ÿ™ƒ into the bed, then it stops dutifully at 0.
      Danke! Thank you!

      Oh I guess where the error could be ... Thanks allankilian I have always either not homed or immediately all axes (just until the 3D Touch has triggered and retracted a piece) could that be the error?
      I'll try it out tomorrow, today I have withdrawn after 5 hours of testing, looking, G codes try to understand, research frustrated to a "Feierabend" beer from my printer construction zone.
      Thank You for the prompt answer!

    • ยถ Calibrate the Z probe trigger height Does not go

      So here I am again I want to calibrate my Z axis with the 3-d touch. I follow the instructions "https://docs.duet3d.com/User_manual/Connecting_hardware/Z_probe_testing"
      "Calibrate the Z probe trigger height".

    • Putting the heater into operation what is wrong?

      I have tried to understand the existing Gcode. The hotend has been set to "out3" and "temp3" by the creator. I have connected both heater and thermistor accordingly.

      But when I set the temperatures in the controller at tool 0 and switched them on, the temperatures shot up above the set values.

      As feared I need your help again๐Ÿ™ƒ

      For info: the other two heaters are used for the bed (50x50cm each)

      @phaedrux said in M280 P0 S10 Z value remains at 1000:

      Replace that S2 with H2 in your homeall.g
      I think you've misunderstood what the instructions for th BLtouch are saying about the probe reading. Sending M401 and M402 should deploy and retract the pin of the BLTouch, nothing more. M401 and M402 call on deploy-probe.g and retract-probe.g. Those macro files should contain the M280 commands to action the servo.
      Do your M401 and M402 commands work to action the pin?
      If so, does the pin deploy when you send G30?
      Be careful when you send G30 as it has potential to crash the nozzle if things aren't working.
      The pin should deploy and tapping the pin back into the bltouch should stop the z axis moving.
      You will almost never see the probe status change in the web interface as it only changes for a split second before resetting.

      S2 with H2 replaced.

      Do your M401 and M402 commands work to action the pin? yes.
