    • About the automatic tool setting problem of Toolchanger

Hello everyone, I recently researched automatic tool setting on toolchanger.
By installing a metal block on the hot bed, let the edge of the nozzle touch the metal block to form a high and low level. Then calculate the xyz offset of each tool, and set the offset after getting the correct value, which seems to be similar to prusa XL.

      Have a question right now?
How should I wire duet2 or duex5 and configure in config.g file

    • RE: Use PrusaSlicer with pspp, temperature management issues

      @phaedrux Hello Phaedrux,
      Thank you for your reply.

pspp is Tool Changer Prusa Slicer post process cript. Its github address is: https://github.com/mkudzia84/toolchanger-pspp/tree/master

I am currently on a business trip and do not have a configuration file in my hand. I will release it to you when I get home. The firmware version is v3.1.1.

The firmware I currently use is the configuration file of Nibbels, and the github address is: https://github.com/Nibbels/e3d-toolchanger-config/tree/master

    • Use PrusaSlicer with pspp, temperature management issues

      Dear friends:
My E3D Toolchanger is still debugging so far. Currently my machine only has two nozzles. My slicing software is PrusaSlicer 2.3.0, used with pspp, but I encountered a problem during the debugging process:
      Two print heads printing:
When the No. 0 nozzle is activated, the working temperature of No. 0 nozzle is 200 and the idle temperature of No. 1 nozzle is 170.
However, when the No. 1 nozzle is activated, the working temperature of the No. 1 nozzle is also 170. The idle temperature of the No. 0 nozzle is 170 normal.
I checked the parameter settings of my PrusaSlicer, and the working temperature of the print head is 200.
      Please check my configuration parameters:

May I ask what causes this?
      Looking forward to your reply.

Hello, Phaedrux, this is my config.g configuration file. I changed the comment file inside to Chinese.
      My slicing software is cura3.4.1
      config.g

The cura configuration is as follows:

@phaedrux I haven’t configured pressure advance yet. Will this situation have something to do with acceleration?

    • Hello Friends, I seem to have encountered an overshoot problem

After the 20mm*20mm square was printed, it seemed that there was an overshoot problem, which caused the square of the square to not be straight. Which parameter should I modify for this problem?alt text
