RE: Problem setting up V3 Delta Smart Effector
@phaedrux No flashing at all. Once i turn it on and even 60 seconds after the light does not turn on. Even when i apply light to firm pressure on the hot end. And I had checked the flash codes before, but it says nothing for 0 flashing.
Here are some pictures of the installation, i had checked all the connections before, i will try to do so again. @dc42 I will also try to re-seat/rewire the 3.3v on the 8way, on both sides (just encase one wasn't connecting, but i was also trying to wiggle wires to try to see if that was the problem before and nothing happened)
And i bought it from Filastruder back on May 3rd of this year (i also sent them a message seeing if they may know, could be a faulty board too?)

https://ibb.co/wzbs4KrEdit: I rewired both ends of the 8 way, the connection to the Smart Effector and the Other end to the duet board. And still nothing, I wish i had a volt meter to see if power is at least coming thru the wire or not.

Problem setting up V3 Delta Smart Effector
So ive installed the delta smart effector on my RMv3. however im having some problems commissioning it. Im trying to test the nozzle contact sensor is working by gently (and firmly) pressing on the hot end to see the light on top of the effector flashing green. however im getting nothing(and nothing i mean, no lights on start up or when pushing). But fans and the lights on the bottom are getting power. Ive also double checked the connections and it seems that they are all plugged in solidly.
I was following the steps in this guide (https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Smart_effector_and_carriage_adapters_for_delta_printer)
and in the commissioning section at the bottom, im stuck on pay 6. Any help would be greatly appreciated. -

RE: Duet 2 Wifi No Known network found
@phaedrux
Ok, so i cleared the saved networks, and had tried one with my current sid as the only one, then another sid with my current sid but no space ie;Remembered networks:
Asus Beta IP=0.0.0.0 GW=0.0.0.0 NM=0.0.0.0and
Remembered networks:
AsusBeta IP=0.0.0.0 GW=0.0.0.0 NM=0.0.0.0Both of which gave me a no known networks found. As for the firmware version of the wifi using m122, I get this; WiFi firmware version 1.25.
Any ways i can troubleshoot to see if my wifi card on the duet maybe has failed?

Duet 2 Wifi No Known network found
So i have an older (2018) Duet 2 Wifi board, i just recently updated firmware to 3.2.2 (FIRMWARE_NAME: RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet FIRMWARE_VERSION: 3.2.2 ELECTRONICS: Duet WiFi 1.02 or later FIRMWARE_DATE: 2021-02-11)
However as the title suggests i cant get it to find my network
(WiFi reported error: no known networks found
WiFi module is idle)
Im only about 10 feet away from my router, and it is set to 2.4ghz. Ive also made sure the new wireless sid has been update (with m587, Asus Beta is the one im trying to connect to)
Remembered networks:
TNCAP2FCC19 IP=192.168.1.14 GW=0.0.0.0 NM=0.0.0.0
MY2525 IP=0.0.0.0 GW=0.0.0.0 NM=0.0.0.0
ASUS BETA IP=0.0.0.0 GW=0.0.0.0 NM=0.0.0.0Right now Im inclined to believe that because of order it is still trying to connect to my2525 which is no longer on the network. Or that my wifi on the duet board has failed.
With the wifi on the duet failed im unsure how to really check it, ive read some posts and some mention a blue light. When i connect solely with USB i dont see a blue light on the board, but when i connect with the PSU i do see a blue light, however im unsure if that blue light is wifi or if it something else.
Im completely lost and would like some assistance, im sure its something simple that im overlooking but im frustrated and im sure cooler heads and a fresh pair of eyes could help me. Im just trying to be able to connect to the Duet Web Control.
