Solved!
I changed the names of the pins: exp.e2stop --> duex.e2stop
So now the sensors for Z are the following and it is working fine

M574 Z1 S1 P"zstop+duex.e2stop+duex.e3stop"

@dc42 Thank you. The issue was in the pin to be inverted. I used "!exp.heater5" and not it's working again.

I'm guessing that "via Wifi" implies that you're using a Duet2 Wifi. If so...

You can send commands via the Duet's web interface, or even better might be to enable telnet on the duet and send commands via telnet. (If you're using a duet3 and SBC, there are different ways of doing this...)

For telnet, you'd add "M586 P2 S1" to your duet's config.g to enable telnet. Then your Pi could open port 23/tcp on the Pi and send commands (and get responses.)

I have used the Duet in a 45 degres, and I have overheat warning on the TMC.
At 48 degres, the TMC shutdown, but the board was horizontal without ventilation.
So it could be ok if the board is cooled with fan on TMC and mosfet of the heatbed.

For the PSU, I have inside the enclosure a passive 500W 24V psu, but the dissipative face is cooled by watercooling, so the psu is at 30 degres.

Just an update for the benefit of the community. I got again the error and I fixed with solution 2. I temporarly put a cable attached to the ground, and when I switch on the 3d printer, if showing 2000 degrees, I just connect hotend to the ground and reset the heater. I will do a more stable solution as suggested by dc42.

For the benefit of the forum let me share that the issue has been solved. I did as you suggested and I used shieded cables for the endstops. thanks to everybody for the support!
