I have my the Duet Wifi CR-10S setup with EZABL and Titan Aero, I can share my configs with you if that will help you get things going. You'll have to adjust your steps and figure out the proper config for your probe.

You need to use the I1 command to invert the signal, refer to my first post on probe setting configuration.

Hi I have tried your recommended steps with no success, can you copy and paste the line of code from your config.g file to verify that I am understanding your instructions ?
Update
I was able to configure it and run auto bed configuration. This is specific to my Titan Aero Extruder, please set your offsets accordingly.
