I don't. What exactly is it that I would need to replace on the mobo? Sorry I'm still new to working on 3-d printers.

RE: Extruder not spinning properly?
Here is the X-axis trying to home after being plugged into motor drive 3 on the mobo and being remapped in the config.g
Is that indicative of a blown drive motor on the mobo? -
RE: Extruder not spinning properly?
What specifically would I change in my config.g to change that?

RE: Extruder not spinning properly?
@phaedrux it was the pancake motor for the extruded assembly. So I ordered an entire new assembly with new motor and the new one is doing the same non spinning issue which means it must do with the firmware change. Maybe the motor is mapped wrong or the amps. I’m not sure

RE: Extruder not spinning properly?
There is a video of me performing 1 10mm extrude and 1 10mm retract. This is with the brand new extruder motor and assembly. I had no issues whatsoever before updating my firmware. You can see it not really spinning and just sort of grinding

RE: Extruder not spinning properly?
@stephen6309 so I had bought a new motor completely and was trying last night to get it working and it was making a loud noise any time I tried to retract or extrude just like the previous one. Everything worked perfectly fine before the firmware updates I did so I’m sure it has something to do with the amps or something along those lines. I can take a video today if that helps

Extruder not spinning properly?
Hello,
I updated my firmware on my Vivedino Troodon Corexy 400x400x500 to the latest 3.4b6 and after sorting out most of the issues I went to print and everything was looking good except the extruder was making a noise and then started smoking after about 4 minutes. I shut it off immediately and have been adjusting the M906 and other relevant code and bought a new extruder since the old one seems seized. I did a test extrude with the new one and it just shakes and the gears don't spin? I'm not sure what to adjust in the config file. Please let me know what the issue is. Here is my Config file config (2).g

Error: Fan number 3 not foundOk yea i'll have to work on swapping over everything to adjust for my bed size, thank you so much. Any ideas as to why the print screen is stuck on connecting now though?

RE: Issues after updating firmware for first time
@oscorp and the printer screen is stuck on connecting, even after trying to swap baud rate so I can only control it through the Wi-Fi connection

RE: Issues after updating firmware for first time
@jay_s_uk
Hi JaySo I just input this config file and it's at least picking up the bed and hotend now! But it's giving me a Fan number 3 error code. Also I see this file is configured for the 300x300x400 troodon and I have to 400x400x500 one so not sure how much would have to be changed about that.

Issues after updating firmware for first time
Hello!
I haven't updated anything since I bought the printer back in early 2020 and now that I've updated all the way to the latest version of DuetWifi it's throwing all kinds of errors including not detecting my hotend or bed. Please if someone has any clue how to fix this that would be awesome. Thank you. Attached is my diagnostic. Let me know if additional info is needed. console.txt
