      @osterac in 3.4.5 and earlier you can use any S parameter value of 10 or more. It's the ratio of X , Y and Z to S that matters. So your original command:

      M556 S1 X0.0183381 ;Axis skew compensation

      could be replaced by e.g.:

      M556 S10 X0.183381 ;Axis skew compensation

      or:

      M556 S100 X1.83381 ;Axis skew compensation

      In 3.4.6 stable of 3.5.x your original line should work.

      Yeah, looks good. Here's the calibration:

      Pulse-type filament monitor on pin e0stop, disabled, sensitivity 4.141mm/pulse, allowed movement 95% to 103%, check every 51.0mm, measured sensitivity 4.186mm/pulse, measured minimum 97%, maximum 101% over 1837.5mm

      I used the 12x sensor wheel rather than the default 24x wheel (fewer teeth), not sure if that helps or not.

      Anyway, thanks for your help guys. I appreciate it.

      @t3p3tony
      Totally forgot about that setting. I found a thread about a thermistor similar to mine and punched in their values and now I get 1% accuracy at 200 degrees and 2.7% accuracy at 300 degrees. Works for me!
      Probably was just a bad thermistor.
      Thanks so much!

      Is this an issue you notice with a specific slicer print time reports?

      i have made a "crossover" posting with more details https://forum.duet3d.com/topic/25611/print-timer-restart-after-print?_=1634416699059

      @jay_s_uk
      Thanks for the info!
      I hooked up the laser in that configuration and I have full variable control. I suppose I would have to use m106 commands instead of m3 commands then? Is there any way to link m3 to the fan controller? I ask because the software I use makes gcode files with the m3 and m5 commands and if I want to use anything else I have to do a search and replace for each gcode file.
      For some reason my laser is no longer able to burn anything, it was working last night but today when I hook it up to my bench power supply I notice it is only drawing 130mah (normally draws 200) and its power draw slowly decreases over time. I think I'll be buying an neje laser module.
      Thanks

      Beats me 🙂 I've always used the 3 screw auto levelling.
