If you do that, be very careful testing every single thing slowly and with a hand on the off switch so you don't hurt yourself or the machine if something isn't right.
Ideally, test the endstops by manually actuating them and checking that they work as expected and test the motors while not connected to any drive system (belts / leadscrew nuts) to ensure they move in the right direction.
Take special care with the thermistors and heaters.
