I replaced my triangle lab heat break, nozzle, heater block, thermistor, heat cartridge, and Nema 17 extruder motor with genuine E3d parts and my issues are fixed. Just need to tune my slicer settings but i'm able to print now!!! went with the volcana heat block and 0.60mm nozzle x. really liking the bigger nozzle which has significantly increased print speed.

in addition to slicer tuning, going to try to get the Duet 2 laser filament sensor up and running tomorrow 🙂 0_1560059460763_2019-06-08 22.40.02.jpg

      A Former User?

Uploaded some code that works with the Wemos D1 and buzzer shield to beep according to the serial output from the PandelDue port. It has the WifiManager to create an accesspoint to let you configure Wifi and pins, plus over the air firmware updates from Arduino IDE once flashed. Will probably add a serial to TCP bridge and some RGB status LED functions as time goes by, serial bridge should allow me to place a real PanelDue anywhere and talk to the Duet through two of these ESP boards.

Don't connect the ESP Tx pin as its quite chatty in this early version, but for now it works.
