The config was used previously with a Duet Wifi - bed temp reading was accurate with it.

Maestro - Bed temperature reading is out by 15C
Is there any configuration needed around the bed temperature sensor to get it accurate? I've just wired up a Maestro and it's reporting the bed to be around 10C when the ambient temperature is 25C. I'll need to check hotter temps, but it was around 62C when set to 50C (if I remember correctly).

@3ddevil I have no idea about rework (or lack there of). The pin and solder are all crumbly - it took minimal pressure (with fingers) to convert into dust. I don't recall anything odd looking with the board when installing, although that was in January (so I might have forgotten). I'm sure I would have noticed if it looked like it did in the pics above - that doesn't look healthy at all.

I've taken the board out and turned it over to find this:
It looks the the Bed - pin of the screw terminal has failed. The 'corroded' pin popped off with a light touch and the terminal itself doesn't feel secure (flexes easily). There is a slight bubble there - likely due to heat from the short.
Looks like the screw terminal will need to be replaced, but the mosfet is likely to be ok?

How do I check that?
I don't think it's a wiring issue - it's been functioning fine for several months before failing. The wiring wasn't changed in that time. I've connected the bed to a different board and it works (using the same wiring and powersupply)

As I got the board in January, I suspect it's likely out of warranty. The external mosfet is likely going to be the easiest (and fastest) route for me.
Wonder if Duet offer a repair service...

Looks like the mosfet has failed then. 24V on both terminals when bed is off, and 24V on both when bed is on. -

How would I check this with a multimeter? I've very little knowledge on using one - used Youtube to work out how to check the resistance and voltage.When checking the voltage on the pins of the screw terminal, where do I need to put the second probe so it can measure?

The bed has been working fine for the last 8-9 months. So unlikely to be wiring.The VIN readout (via the web interface) is 24.2V - I had it heating the extruder during that time and it didn't budge. I also had the bed 'on' but it wasn't changing in temperature.

I didn't pull it, because it seems to be very securely inserted. It does however appear to be functional. -

The bed does heat up when connected to a different board. I just checked now and it does have resistance. I've also run a continuity test on the bed at it seems fine. When driven by the Duet at set to a temperature, it's reading no voltage. With the original board it heats up and there is voltage as it heats up.

Duet 2 Wifi - Bed no longer heating
My bed has just stopped heating mid print. After cycling power, it still refuses to heat up. I've checked the fuse and it appears to be intact. The red LED lights up when the heater is 'active' and goes out when the heater is off. I connected the bed up to the previous board (upgraded to duet 10 months ago) and it does heat up - so unlikely to be an issue with the bed itself.
Any ideas on what the issue could be?

I was until I just checked a the gcode file again. Looks like the slicer is still putting in the retraction and extrudes for the tool switch (even though I have the figures blanked out now - previously was using the slicer to handle the tool changes).
Looks like the double retract and tool change made it look like it wasn't doing the purge before the wipe and the slicer then extruding to cancel the retraction is what I was mistaking for the purge.

Tool switching inconsistancy
I'm getting some inconsistancies when switching tools - T1 seems to change the execution order of some of the GCODE instructions in the tpost1.g.
The tool changing process is as follows:
1 - Retract and Z hop
2 - Move across to purge bucket
3 - Retract for filament switch
4 - Reset E values
5 - Extrude new filament (reverse of 3)
6 - Purge filament
7 - Wait 1s for pressure to stabilise
8 - Reverse previous Z hop
9 - Wipe nozzleObserved tool changing process:
Tool 0 always seems to work as expected. Tool 1 works perfectly on the first layer, but reverses the purge and wipes on subsequent layers (does the purge after the wipe). Tool 1 also seems to wait (longer than expected) between the preload of new filament and the purge.When 'manually' (via the GCODE console) switching between tools, the scripts behave as expected although T1 seems to have issues occasionally. I've not managed to figure out a pattern to it yet.
Purge bucket sits at the end of the X carriage. The hotend is a shared nozzle with integrated 3 way split. Board is only configured for 2 extruders currently, but all 3 tool changing file sets (free, pre and post) are identical.
