Yes to the L25 I would lake the R a wider window to start with maybe 70:130 or 60:140 until you have more data about any elasticity in your system and hos it responds to different filament types.

Got it. Will do. I only tried it with one filament so far.
calibration is done during every print? I noticed that after I powered down my railcore upon start M591 D0 showed no calibration data again. Is there a way to store this and use it ? -
The calibration data is just an averaging measurement over the duration of a print job, and gives you a rough frame for configuring the upper and lower ends of your filament sensor's sensitivity.
So nothing to store directly, just some input for you to perfect your printer's setup, especially the values for the M591 command in config.g

Is it possible to use this to keep track of how much filament is left or used?

@duetal Not as it stands, however as an extension to the filaments management that would be useful. TBH you don't need the monitor for that - just add up all the extruded values for every print.

In theory, but you could also do that without even using this monitor, since the extruder also knows precisely how much filament has been used (unless there's a jam or other slipping).
