@chichirod you can check https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Connecting_a_Z_probe#Section_Software_setup_RepRapFirmware_Num_3 steps 2+3 and 6 to change your M558 command in config.g and the deployprobe.g file. Adding the ^ and removing the +zprobe.mod and in the deployprobe.g removing the M558 and adding the M280 command.

I’m no expert on the BL Touch. Had one for about 2 days and tossed it in a return envelope. But I did just finish upgrading to 3.1.1 so I’ll try to help.

          Change the M574 Z1 S2 to M574 Z0 ; no z endstop
You are attempting to use the probe as the endstop correct? So you will need to call the probe with a G30 command to probe the bed and set the position. G29 will also call the probe for leveling.

          M558 P9 C"zprobe.in+zprobe.mod" H5 F120 T6000 ; set Z probe type to bltouch and the dive height + speeds

Not sure what the +zprobe.mod is for? From what i read that’s for maestro...try removing that.

Also as mentioned the M558 command I dont think should be in your deployprobe.g it should be an M280 command.

I tried your suggestion and then attempted a homing all and the machine made a high pitched squel and it seemed like the print head wanted to move but couldnt. I have played with so many things now I think I may have messed something up in my config file.

@chichirod the ^ should be at the beginning ^zprobe.in

Have you tried deploying and retracting probe with M401 and M402?

You are missing defining a pin with M950 for the servo on the the BL Touch. My config.g for a Hypercube reads -

                ; Z-Probe
                M950 S0 C"exp.heater7" ; assign heater7 for bltouch
                M558 P9 C"^zprobe.in" H5 F120 T6000 A30 S0.02 ; Set Z probe type to bltouch and the dive height + speeds
                G31 P500 X28 Y0 Z0.812 ; set Z probe trigger value, offset and trigger height
                M557 X45:300 Y5:295 S40 ; define mesh grid

                  M558 P1 C"zprobe.in^"

If it's a BlTouch it should be P9 and the ^ in front of the zprobe.in

Please post your homing files as well and tell us where your endstops are physically located.

@chichirod I don’t know what effect it would have but I dont see a M669 defining the kinematic type of printer in your config.g

                      The default is cartesian.

I assume this is a Tevo Black Widdow cartesian printer?

You've posted your homez twice, but not your homeall.

This doesn't seem like a good place to probe the bed. Instead you should move the probe so that it's in the enter of the bed.

Compare your bltouch config to the one posted by @Simonjb
