What firmware version are you using?

Can you post your homing files as well?

Can you post a video of the sound your motor is making?

What exactly about your prints is different than before? Can you post some example photos of the problems?

Your config.g looks pretty standard with the only thing that sticks out as being limiting is the Extruder jerk.

      M566 X1200.00 Y1200.00 Z24.00 E300.00

      Try increasing E300 to E3000.

Have you tried tuning pressure advance yet? https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Pressure_advance

Have you PID tuned your heaters? https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Tuning_the_heater_temperature_control

          @Roei3d I would set a lower x and y value for M203, it is set to 500 mm/seconds now, I would set 100, so 6000 mm/min, M203 X6000 Y6000...

@Roei3d M203 is in mm/min, so 30000 mm/min is 500 mm/s, and 6000 would be 100 mm/s. You can try different values and optimize speed setting, but I would start with 6000.
But my impression from the video is that your fans are the loudest.

It was hard to hear more than fan noise in your video, but there was some stepper noise.

The 2209 has stealthchop, whereas the 2660 in the Duet Wifi does not. So you have switched from potentially quieter drivers to more powerful drivers. A Duet Maestro may have been a better choice if silence was your aim.

The ender 3 frame bolts the steppers directly to the frame which can amplify the noise through resonance. Adding a rubber or cork gasket between the steppers and the frame can drastically reduce the sound.

I think your CAPSLOCK key is stuck in the on position. Fix that first.

I think those motor currents are alright for the stock motors of the Ender. I use about the same on my Maestro + Ender 3 Pro.

Unfortunately again the Creality motors aren't a great pairing for the Duet Wifi.

Now my printer working Almost perfect.
I have a problem with lines.
On y axis itray A lot of xyz test cube
On the y side have small ringing I checked the entire frame.
I pulled the straps, there's no difference.
My ender 3 upgrade all axis With linar rail.
Is there any chance that these lines are a software problem and not a hardware problem? Thnks for the help

It's possible to over tighten the belts. Try loosening them a bit.
You can try dropping motor current slightly too.

Try 600 for X and Y, if slightly loosening the belt doesn't help.

What slicer are you using? Does it have any acceleration and jerk control enabled that may be changing it to a different value than what you have specified in your config?

Can you share a sliced gcode file?
