    @lui2004 first guess is that your speed M203 X and Y is set too high (try 6000). You can analyze by running the printer a bit (while it's loud) and then make a M122 and look for the hiccups number. If it's high, you lost steps.
    The M906 currents for X and Y may be too low (try 50 - 80 % of stepper current), but this depends on the steppers. Do you have information on them or a type label?
    If there is another reason, it would be good if you post your complete config and homeall, and tell your firmware version.

          @lui2004 did you try changing

          to
          M203 X6000.00 Y6000.00 Z500.00 E6000.00
          and then turn off/on printer to be sure the change is active?

          I don't see errors in M122 and config.

              @lui2004 I watched the video with audio on now 😉
              My impression is, the most noise don't come from the steppers, but the fans. It's difficult to decide. Probably after homing some fans are activated because something heats up (heatbreak fan eg).

              Your trapezoid spindle for Z movement is black, this may be abrasive from some spindle nut or you needed lubrication. There may be too much friction between nut and spindle. This could produce noise also (and has the danger of slip-stick and inexact Z movement also). The coupler between stepper and spindle is of a type where the stepper and trapezoid axis must match exactly. Better would be dog clutch (Rotex coupler, Oldham). They are better than those aluminium coupler with horizontal gaps.

                It's hard to tell from the video if it's fan noise or the motor idle noise. The creality motors are a bit noisier on the Duet I think. There is a bit more whine from them.

                Current setting on the Duet 2 WiF/Ethernet is done in steps of 100mA and is rounded down. Current setting on the Duet Maestro is in steps of 50mA and rounded down.
