M303 T0 S210 will tune the hotend heater and take the part cooling fan into account.

For the bed heater, the M303 H0 S60 is correct.

1/20/2021, 7:23:29 PM Warning: heater behaviour was not consistent during tuning

Not sure why you're getting that though. What kind of bed heater do you have on the CR-10? Stock? Are you starting from room temp?

Do the saved tuning results allow for you to heat the bed to 60 in a reasonable time and keep a consistent temp? If so, that's all that really matters.

@Phaedrux should i be concerned if the MCU temp is up to 27.6?

Probably not, but first make sure it's an accurate temp.

            https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Calibrating_the_CPU_temperature

With a bit of forced air cooling even after a long print it doesn't get much above 35 for me. And you really only need to worry about 80+ The drivers get hotter and need more cooling than the MCU, but the MCU temp can be used as a proxy for the driver temps and allow for using a thermostatically controlled fan. All described in this link.

@Phaedrux I hooked one up and its good now. .
I tried to print the calibration box and my Extruder wasn't close to my bed at all still trying to print. . also when i try to home XYZ it states its "busy" and waits about 3-5 mins to move at all. . . idk what to do. Is it something id have to change within my config?

Please post your current config.g and homeall.g and copy and paste the first 50 lines or so of your sliced gcode file you're trying to print.

Also in Cura change your gcode flavour to REPRAP

Also change cura to use relative extrusion while you're at it.

                    Then reslice and try again.

Don't feel too bad, 3D printing is probably one of the most complicated hobbies you can pick up.

Is your Z endstop the same as the other endstops? Your config has it as inverted signal, which could cause it to act as triggered even when it's not, meaning your homing is off.

Does homeall work to move all axis to their endstops correctly? Are you then able to jog all axis around correctly?

-x to the left, +x to the right, -y moves head to front of bed, +y moves head back, -z moves nozzle towards bed, +z moves nozzle away from bed.

@Phaedrux whew . . Uhm so i went and took the "!" from in front of the zstop

                                  M574 Z1 S1 P"zstop" ; configure active-high endstop for low end on Z via pin zstop

and now i'm able to move everything accordingly. It wouldn't let me use any of the negative machine movements. I dont know why it inverted it like that. . Do you think i should still go and remove the H2?

That's kind of why H2 shouldn't be in there. H2 will let it proceed even if there is a problem.

Looking at the printer from the front (so that the bed motor is at the rear) the 0,0 origin point should be the front left of the bed. -x should move to the left etc as I mentioned above.

We can test this without trying to home the printer first. Turn off the printer, move the print head and bed to the center point. Now turn the printer on and send g92 x150 y150 z1. Now you should be able to jog the axis around with the buttons to test that they move in the correct directions.

Then we need to know where the endetops are physically located on the cr10. IF it matches the ender3 the x should be on the left and y at the back by the motor. Is that right?

Then send m119 to get the status of the endstops. They should all say not triggered. And when you press them and send m119 it should say triggered.
