DELAYED EXTRUDES DUET WIFI
-
someone can explain to me why I start printing a rectangle 200 mm x 20 mm and when it starts printing it starts printing 55 mm after this means that on a line of 200 mm It only prints 145 mm because?
-
@paolozampini1973 post the Gcode you are trying to print as well. What slicer are you using? Cura? PrusaSclicer? Or something else?
Most likely you either have a long retraction at the beginning of the print, so it takes time for extrusion to catch up, or you are running the extruder in absolute mode rather than relative mode.

@droftarts CURA
CFFFP_livellamento piano.gcodeThe problem does it with all files and all the drafting is 6 mm
-
@droftarts I did a test from 6mm to 2mm and the problem doesn't always change 55mm after Start extruding
-
If you do not see the priming bead at the beginning (lines 20 to 23 in the gcode), you need to increase the prime length until you get proper extrusion and the filament flowing before you start printing.
-
@oliof Thanks for the answer I did not understand what you mean because of the translation Ie you ask me to modify the GCODE
-
@paolozampini1973 Yes, change the start gcode. 3mm prime is not enough it seems.
