        @bberger Molex pins are a pain, you need to get down the sides on the pins to push the tabs in.

            Which direction are the pins? Left/Right or Top/Bottom if you view the connector from the bottom and the connector pin is at the top?

                @bberger I think the best thing I bought for the smart effector is a pre-wired strain relieved molex lead from digikey - no problems for a couple of years.

                  The connector looks like a Molex microfit 3 (?).

                  I use the Molex tool HT60923A aka 0011030043. It's easy to remove once you get the technique, inserting from the front on the right and left sides of the pin and on each side, rotate it a little back and forth to release the pin. It works for both male and female Microfit 3.
