Panel due went blank.

Have you reflashed the firmware? And if so, what file did you use?

Can you tell if the backlight is still on?
If you shine a bright light at the screen can you tell if there is actual content on it, just without backlight?
Does it make a beep when you touch it?
How do you have it connected? Have you checked the wiring? -
@Phaedrux the back light is on currently , Wiring is correct no beeps or response.

@elmoret I was able to reflash using bossa still not working the screen is just white back light on.

What firmware version is the Duet running?
Exactly which file did you flash to the panel? -
@Phaedrux 3.5.0 panel due fw 3.4.1 dwc on the mini5

@elmoret it was working fine, I did not update and have issues it was all the latest fw when I put the machine together changed nothing after that my other panel due works fine on either machine

@anthony1m that’s the wrong firmware, you have a 5i so you need firmware written for a 5i

You've pressed the erase and then reset buttons?
In bossa You MUST check the Erase all, Lock, and Boot from flash boxes.
Does the flash finish successfully and the verify as well? -
@Phaedrux I erased and reset, Correct boxes checked flashed and verified with file sent. Still no change

Thanks for checking. The most common reason for a blank white screen is the wrong firmware being flashed.

@Phaedrux To close the loop on this one, PanelDue 5i was received, white screen on powerup, reflashed the firmware, is working normally.
