Duet 3 SBC Prints small



  • So my Duet 3 using SBC prints about 25% smaller than it should be. I wasn't really paying attention as the things I was printing didn't really matter size wise. I printed a couple of printer parts and thats when I realized it.

    I would say your steps per mm are wrong ?.
    Is it 25% on 1 axis or all the axis ? ,
    make a cube and see what happens .

    I lost on that, external driver ? why the 0.x

    I've read up on it , I get it.
    2mm belts and 8mm lead screw , can't see a problem.

  • Are you sure it's not a slicer issue? Which slicer are you using? Have you tried a different one?



  • @jay_s_uk Tried SuperSlicer and Cura 4.7.1. Not sure what is causing it. I have a 410x410 bed. Have that set in the slicer and in my config.g file

    a blv uses 16 tooth pulleys. so that should be

    there is your 25%
