Changed only this the rest are the same as i posted before:
Slicer settings:
Benchy:
-
that look good
-
Looking very good. The benchy hull line is a known artifact, likely due to cooling shrinkage.
-
@Phaedrux ok i will read it.
It can be because i have only 40% partfan because i use Petg.
-
thats a petg print? for that its very good.
-
@Veti yes its petg
-
which manufacturer of petg?
-
@Veti Filatex3D

@Phaedrux said in After Micro swiss DD upgrade,Extruder skips steps:
benchy hull line
i will test it now with PLA and 100% part fan

Hi
i have breake the cable of my thermistor
but i have a new pne here:
specs:
NTC-Thermistor 100 K 3950
Thermistor Cartridge: Size: 1.25mmx2.0mm glass bead High accuracy: 1% Resistance value at 25°C=100K Wiring length: 1m / 39.3" Operating temperature range: -40 ° C + 300 ° C Rated power: 45MW
how i set it in my config.g ?
i have it like this :
M308 S1 P"e0temp" Y"thermistor" T100000 B3950 ; configure sensor 1 as thermistor on pin e0temp M950 H1 C"e0heat" T1 ; create nozzle heater output on e0heat and map it to sensor 1 M143 H1 S300 ; set temperature limit for heater 1 to 300C M307 H1 B0 S1.00
is it ok ?
-
yes
B3950 thermistors are bit hit and miss.
Do not assume that when you are setting your temperature to 200C now that its the same temperature as before. -

Semitec 104GT-2 are better defined,
e.g.
https://de.aliexpress.com/item/32816085854.htmli personally use a pt1000 but i dont think they exist in the glass bulb that you want.
