@peirof it sounds to me that your e3d clone make this trouble. You can try to push the filament to the hot hotend by hand This should be possible with a slight resistance, if this isn't, so you have to check your hotend. Another problem can be that your component cooler is to strong and cools down your nozzle which will clog your hotend.

thinking about that, I have disconnected the layer fans, and I have left only the one for the heatskin, I have a 40mm fan.I have also tried to change the normal hotend, for a volcano type, and the problem is the same, it extrudes a few centimeters and then the extruder cannot.
I had thought that perhaps the extruder motor would lack voltage, but at the moment the problem is that the filament does not pass ...
One of the things I want to test is that the PTFE tube reaches the heatbreak ... but even if it did not, the problem seems to be in the area of the nozzle ...

@peirof what filament and what temperature are you printing at? Also, are you sure you have configured your thermistor correctly (so that 200deg actually is 200deg).
Could simply be that you are not printing hot enough
If you say the extruder is grinding the filament then the extruder motor is working. Just the force needed to extrude plastic is too high

@peirof Check your extruder jerk value. I had that until I lowered it to 360mm/min or below.

The thermistores were misconfigured and read a temperature about 20 degrees higher than the real one... I have been able to verify it with a kitchen thermometer that I bought in the Hardware Store ... The way to adjust them, has been unsysic, I have been changing the value B to eye ... Until the temperature that reads Duet... It looks like the thermometer

How change jerk of the extruder, i have read wiki, and its suppossed that its in config.g, in M566 flag P, and i dont these flag in my config...
add to M566 P250???

@peirof The E parameter of M566 is the extruder jerk in mm/min. You can set it in config.g if you want it set each time the printer starts up. That's where I have it.

I think I have solved it .... it does not seem to be a problem in the configuration, I think it was simpler .... I use all metal Heatbreak, because it seems that the PTFE tube did not fit into the Heatbreak, by a few millimeters.
cap, now everything makes more sense ... while I had to extrude forward, it worked ... the moment I had to do some retraction or stopped extruding, the material accumulated in those few millimeters that the tube did not enter PTFE, plugging the extrusion ... and incidentally towards me remembering all their dead ...
