Duet 2 Ethernet will not boot -> need WAC

Hello,
I used a Duet 2 Ethernet in one of my machines but it simply did not boot and I thus got no connection. After changing it by another one everything was fine.
Please send me a Warranty Authorisation code.
I built up about 10 similar machines in the last 3 years and I did not have this problem till now.

@l3ds we need a bit more information to understand the causes of the failure.

Can you be more specific?
Do any lights come on?
Have you connected it to USB?

Do any lights come on?Yes, the LED VIN, +5V and +3.3V were on.
Have you connected it to USB?
No, as I never used the USB connection before.
When and where did you purchase it?
I bought it at Filafarm on the 26th of August 2021.

@l3ds I realise this is not the firmst Duet you have used so I agree its unlikely to be a configuration issue however it may be fixable by a firmware reload. This is why we want to see what happens when you connect to it over USB and then attempt to connect using a terminal like YAT.
