        Hey @adhanabal,

which versions are running on your devices? I am interested in

        • paneldue firmware version
        • duet3 board firmware version

When the versions are compatible and the baudrates of duet3 board and paneldue are configured right everything should work smoothly.

@adhanabal said in panel due 5i not connecting:

duet2 wifi board with firmware version 1.23

You said same paneldue is working with your duet2 wifi board with firmware version 1.23? Are you sure that paneldue is having the running version 3.3? I don't think RRF-1.23 and PanelDue-3.3 are compatible.

                    so you tested:

                    • connected firmware paneldue-5.0i with firmware 3.3
                    • with Duet2 Wifi with 1.23 firmware
                    • and this was successful.

If not, please provide a detailed step-by-step procedure.

your paneldue has probably old version. Check the top in the setup tab.

then please upgrade to paneldue's to firmware version 3.3.

I think paneldue-3.0 is incompatible with newer RRF versions. Sorry, for the inconvenience.
