duet 2 wifi heaters e0 + e1
-
I apologize if I made a mistake please can indicate me Where can I ask the questions about two WiFi on the connections and the power supplies thank you again I apologize for my incompetence
-
can duet wifi e0 + e1 work on 24v?
duex 5 e2 + e3 can work at 24v? -
@paolozampini1973 both the Duet WiFi and Duex work with 24V (or 12V).
You should match your heater cartridges to the supply voltage you are using. Never run a 12V cartridge on a 24V system else suddenly a '40W' heater becomes a 160W heater which can be very dangerous -
@engikeneer The problem is that I have the heaters at 24 volts and not at 12 because I thought it was possible to use them at 24 volts through a jumper.
-
@paolozampini1973 so you have a 12V PSU?
-
@engikeneer 24v
-
@paolozampini1973 so you have a 24v power supply and 24V heaters? That should be fine
-
@engikeneer basically i want to use 24 volt 70 watt heaters clearly with a power supply of 24 volts
-
@örjane Thanks but that wasn't the configuration question it was about wiring to 24 times the heaters
-
@paolozampini1973 that should work no problem
the heater channels output at the same level as the supply voltage
-
@engikeneer my duet wifi working 24v out heaters E0 + E1 MY TESTER OUT READER 12V heaters E0 + E1 12V POSSIBLE CONVESION VOLTAGE heaters E0 + E1 24V ?

Can you rephrase this? I have no idea what you're trying to ask.

There is a jumper on the Duex to use 12v FANS even when the PSU is 24v. NOT heaters though.

-
@phaedrux so the heaters can work only and only at 12 volts there is no way to make them work at 24 volts
-
No that is not what I am saying.
If your power supply is 24v, your heaters will get 24v as well. No matter what.
For FANS on the Duex you have the OPTION for 12v or 24v with a selection jumper.
-
@phaedrux however, measuring 12 volts with the tester but the power supply is 24 volts
-
Where are you measuring 12v?
-
@phaedrux at the exit of the heaters E0 E1
-
Are you sure the power supply is 24v?
What do you measure at the output of the power supply?
-
@phaedrux YES 100%
