Duet wifi 2 1.05 wifi module not working

Hi,
I have recently bought a 3 Duet 2 WiFi 1.05 board and everything seems to be working just fine, except the WiFi. All the steps outlined on the website were followed in detail, but I could never get the WiFi module enabled or in idle mode.
and giving error another SPI transfer is pending. so i tried to re-flash DuetWifiServer.bin using M997 S1, but it's tried to connect different baud rate, but not connect to any baud rate.
but when i connect another duet2 wifi board to machine it's working.

@R006 Can you share the serial console output when you try to update the WiFi module? Sounds like, most probably, it has failed, or isn't soldered sell. Do you get any flashing lights on the the WiFi module?

WiFi module LED doesn't even flash when power is on. -
@R006 Like I said, please attach the console output when trying to update the WiFi firmware, and the response to M122.

What message are you receiving when doing M552 S1 to initialize the network start?
If the Module doesnt flash or gives an error when power is on, it seems it is not asking for it to connect, or trying to it. - I would believe.

after your reply i try to connect it again and now it's connecting & wifi module LED is flash -
